Commercial Finance Manager

The Commercial Finance Manager will be key in driving business performance by providing valuable insights to support strategic decision making in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Responsible for driving sales analytics and business modeling and reporting on sales productivity, forecasting and analysis.

My client is a sizable and well-established FMCG enterprise with a significant presence in the market. They have recently moved to their new London Bridge office and are going through an exciting period of growth and acquisitions.

Description

As the Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Monthly Commercial Finance performance reporting
• Manage the Commercial P&L
• Coordinate the forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes as both subsidiary and group level
• Implementation and management of reporting tool.
• Manage pricing and commercial proposals with the sales team
• Facilitate the Sales planning process by providing regular sales figures, forecasting and trends
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to provide support on key business projects and priorities
• Ad hoc Commercial Finance duties

Profile

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• Studying towards an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience within a Commercial Finance role
• FMCG experience highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
