• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes within the business
• Drive cost efficiency and profitability through insightful analysis of financial performance
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
• Drive strategic decision-making through rigorous business and financial analysis
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
• Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Work closely with other team leaders to develop and implement business strategy

Profile

• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
• Strong financial and business analysis skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
