Job Description
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes within the business
- Drive cost efficiency and profitability through insightful analysis of financial performance
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
- Drive strategic decision-making through rigorous business and financial analysis
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals
- Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Work closely with other team leaders to develop and implement business strategy
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong financial and business analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
