About the Business
An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Manager for an excellent service company in Warwick. The business is very stable, with strong investors an international reach. The company are growing quickly and want a qualified Accountant to sit at the heart of their sales operation.
Main Duties:
As a Commercial Finance Manager, your main duties include:
- You will ultimately sit alongside sales and operational staff, helping them drive the sales and profitability of the business
- Your manager, is a senior, qualified Accountant. But extremely commercial.
- This role mixes sales and profitability analysis, bids, tenders, pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Production and review of financial models and annual client budgets, including calculations of profitability and financial risk
- Analysis and benchmarking of financial profitability of current contracts
- Provision of financial information to clients and consultants
- Ensuring that all relevant costs and income streams are included in financial models
- Liaising with sales teams, operations teams, and clients
- Support the Group Commercial Director in both financial and non-financial project work
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

The role is based in Warwick and offers hybrid working patterns. It’s a high energy company with a great team and very interesting investors.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have a desire to escape traditional finance and embed themselves commercially
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to deal with finance and non-finance staff
- A passionate understanding of financial mechanics
- Good attention to detail and decision making
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience and training in practice is preferred
