The key purpose of this role is to provide commercial and financial support to senior management and budget holders on key aspects of regional performance.
Reporting to the Operations Finance Director you will be responsible for driving a clear understanding of the operational and financial support of a Region, ensuring that financial control policies are followed where relevant, identifying KPIs and analysing site and business results to help drive improvements in site performance.

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for the financial performance of a Region by preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
- Acting as business partners to Regional Operations Directors, Hospital Directors and Care Home Managers by identifying KPIs and driving improved financial performance.
- Visiting sites on a frequent basis, analysing site and business results and to help drive improvements in site performance.
- Supporting the Group CFO and FP&A in the development of the annual budgets and forecasts.
- Supporting the month-end management accounts process, reviewing P&L’s and preparing analysis.
- Supporting the preparation of investment appraisals of potential acquisitions or greenfield / development opportunities.
- Identifying best practices within sites and support cross functional / regional communication & rollout where appropriate.
- Supporting the finance processes at site level as & when required.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required within the Finance function.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager role
- Accountancy Degree or part qualified
- Strong technology skills, including computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to quickly appraise complex situations and to identify key issues
- Formal finance qualification

Location: You will be responsible for theCAMHS Region; Brighton, Bury St Edmunds, Elstree, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Waterlooville, West Sussex, Worcestershire.
