Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare to dive into the exciting world of project accounting! As our Commercial Management Accountant you’ll:

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoices are sent out, complete with documentation.
• Collaborate closely to secure necessary approvals before client billing.
• Set up new projects, manage budget revisions, and track costs within our accounting system.
• Guarantee accurate billing rates for every project.
• Calculate and record construction management fees, prepare insightful weekly cost reports, and efficiently manage project-related accounts payable.
• Manage accounts receivable, proactively following up on client payments to optimize cash flow.
• Confidently work with diverse currencies, expanding your financial expertise.
• Tackle exciting ad-hoc tasks assigned by the EMEA Finance Manager, demonstrating your versatility.

We’re searching for a talented individual with:

• Strong experience: Demonstrate significant relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Academic foundation: An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is essential, alongside a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Professional ambition: Being a part-qualified accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) is a welcome advantage.
• Time management pro: Juggle tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with unwavering dedication.
• Organized wizard: Impress us with your ability to manage extensive documentation and information with meticulous organization.
