Job Title: Locum Planning Lawyer
Location: South East
Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time, Hybrid Working (office presence may be required for Committee meetings)
Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the South East in the search for a Locum Planning Lawyer. This is a full-time position where you will be handling planning, inquests, and highways matters.
Duties may include:
- Provide legal advice and services to client organisations in planning, development and highways matters and other corporate or constitution
- Developing and improving the service to client organisations, predominately in planning & highways, to ensure the provision of an excellent standard of client care and value for money
- Build highly effective working relationships with clients to ensure the Council delivers a seamless and client focussed service to all its clients
- Drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements
- Providing high level advice on planning legal matters
This post is full time (37 hours per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
