Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000; based on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and hardworking property professional looking to progress their career in Commercial Property / the flexible workspace industry. Residential property management / estate management / property administration experience will be considered.
Forming an integral part of the Operations Department, the Commercial Property Assistant will take a holistic and multi-site approach to workspace studio maintenance, ensuring that services, compliance, documentation and processes are kept to an exceptional standard across all workspace sites.
This role covers the coordination of daily workspace operations as well as delivering on larger projects throughout a high-growth phase. It is a varied and exciting role with real scope for progression as we expand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading on the turnaround of workspace studios between tenant leases; assessing the condition pre and post-move out, documenting and storing inventory & condition reports Gathering quotes and coordinating one-off maintenance/compliance services Welcoming and inducting new contractors to workspace sites Conducting company-wide H&S audits and implementing plans for improvement Regular H&S, compliance, fire safety and building safety inspections - presentation of findings to the wider team Development and improvement of the online ticketing system & building management tools Producing monthly reports to inform the team of KPIs Assisting with the procurement and stock control for the maintenance and IT teams Acting as Fire warden and first aider when on-site Managing key service contracts such as landscaping, pest control & waste - regular spot checks of quality of service, providing feedback as necessary Working with finance on key workspace tenant issues such as billing, metering & deposit return Managing tasks and workload to ensure the best experience for the company's workspace tenants
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role in commercial or residential property maintenance / estate management. Good working knowledge of Google Suite, CRM & project management software Ability to work under pressure to resolve issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of prioritising tasks Flexible, self-motivated and results-orientated IOSH Health & Safety training certification is advantageous but not essential
