Commercial Property Manager - Greenwich

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

This is a great opportunity to jump on board with this leading firm of chartered surveyors and property experts in Greenwich! As a Commercial Property Manager your role will be to manage every aspect of your own portfolio. Whilst receiving support from this phenomenal team you will have experience within Commercial Property and feel confident in your working day. Working out of a wonderful open plan office in a great area of London.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day management issues concerning the properties in the portfolio

• Managing Landlord and Tenant relations

• Be the main point of contact for clients, leaseholders, and tenants, addressing their queries/requests in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Have a good understanding of the various Health & Safety (including fire safety) requirements and to be up to date with all current legislation

• Being able to read and understand leases and legal documentation

• Attending tenant meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM) as and when required.

• Being able to use the property management software. Experience of the Re-leased software is not essential as training can be provided.

• To have a good accounting knowledge including setting budgets (alongside the accounts team)

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Property Management

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English language skills, including grammar and spelling, with keen attention to detail)

• Able to act professionally at all times

• Good work ethic

• Good time management

• Good telephone manner

• Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) efficiently

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Ability to work on your own initiative

• To be a team player

• Enthusiastic, positive outlook
