This established award winning and Top 200 law firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ pqe to join their successful and growing Commercial Property department.
The successful Commercial Property solicitor will be handling a broad range of quality Commercial Property work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. Day to day work will involve but not be limited to Commercial Property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases and assignment of leases when acting for the landlord or the tenant.
