Responsibilities in your new role as the Commis Chef
- Follow recipes and uphold quality standards while preparing and cooking menu items
- Arrange stations and replenish supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and handling protocols
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organised
- Work with the kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role you should be a passionate individual with a love for food and a strong team spirit. Your background includes relevant experience in a catering setting. Moreover, you possess the skill to execute dishes following predetermined recipes with ease.
Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
