As the Chef, you will be responsible for:
- You will seek to add value, using intuitive and focusing on quality produce to create unique food concepts that will enrich the guests experience
- You will take responsibility for managing your team, stock management, orders, deliveries and creating inventories
- Responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety and food hygiene
- Supporting with forecasting, profit & loss
- You will be a skilled Chef with solid experience
- You will be a clear communicator and have a wealth of experience in leading a team
- Be passionate about food and always seeking to improve and bring new ideas to the table
- Ideally you will have experience working in 4 or 5 star establishments
- Must be a clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English
