Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting a Commis Chef / Breakfast Chef on behalf of our client, a 5-star caravan and camping site based in Maldon. The successful candidate will be working as part of the catering team, ensuring a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

The Role:
· Assisting the Head Chef in providing the highest standard of cooking and service in all areas
· Cooking to spec, adhering to all menus and portion control, and recording wastage.
· Taking deliveries, storing food items, and completing temperature checks
Your Experience/ Requirements:
· Must be willing to work the breakfast shift and within the main kitchen.
· Previous experience required in cooking general pub food and breakfasts.
· Grill work and experience in a busy environment is essential.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Ability to conduct restaurant service.
