Job Title:         Commis Sushi Chef

Our client is an impressive neighbourhood restaurant in West London that is currently hiring a Senior Sushi Chef/Omakase Chef to oversee a small sushi team.
You will be working in a custom-made, open-plan sushi kitchen in their dining area to highlight the skills of their Sushi Chefs in front of all diners.

Commis Sushi Chef Requirements:

• We are looking for a Commis Sushi Chef who is ideally qualified and has a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a Sushi kitchen.
• The successful Commis Sushi Chef will be someone who works well under pressure, is self-motivated, and career-driven.
