Where will you be working?
At The Ned, we have restaurants in almost every cuisine.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be assisting the Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in the production of food to the required standard, compiling the daily mise en place and ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality
- Being able to prepare and filet all type of fish
- Prepare attractive food displays if required
- Ensure the proper handling of all food items in accordance with health and hygiene procedures as devised by the Company
- Attention to detail is key so you’ll clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including equipment and tools to Safe and Sound standards and report any potential health or hygiene hazards
- You’ll ensure efficient stock rotation for any foods produced and that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality as devised by the Head Chef
