Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner is looking to recruit a Commissioning and Partnership Manager into their established Commissioning and Partnerships Team.
The post will have strategic leadership and be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of related strategies, commissioning intentions, multi-agency plans, related initiatives and programmes. They will also be instrumental in assisting the development and implementation of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner’s (PFCC) strategy.
Whilst flexibility is required, this post will focus on the Drugs & Alcohol agenda. It is offered on a full time, fixed term basis.
The post holder will be comfortable working within a complex statutory environment and be able to operate effectively in partnership with a wide and diverse range of agencies and professionals. The post holder should have experience of public services commissioning and a demonstrable track record of pro-actively translating ideas and plans into action. The post holder will be able to manage a budget and ensure alignment with / direct the work of Community Safety Partnerships (CSP) in relation to their work area.
The post is based at Staffordshire Police Headquarters, with the ability to work flexibly.
The post is an I Grade, with a starting salary of £51,252 per annum.
