Salarythe role.
You will provide front line support to your customers by effectively operating the helpdesk. General day to day duties will be to configure and install customer server and desktop environments in the workshops, at customer premises or cloud based. You will record any concerns raised by clients and use your technical skills to resolve any issues they have. As you are the face of the company you are a true ambassador!
why you should apply.
You will be joining a small team of 4 other engineers in a company which holds its own staff as well as its customers at the forefront of everything they do. This is a lovely environment to work in, just outside if Ipswich Town Centre with free parking (you will need a driving licence for this role).
You will mainly be office based but also take your turn on the rota for some out of hours time, (earliest 7am, latest 8pm) this can be worked from home and during these quiet periods you can use the time as paid study time while you work towards qualifications which the client will fully support!
what were looking for.
A year or so experience within the industry would be advantageous, however due to the amount of training and further qualifications provided, this is also the perfect role for an IT graduate who is looking to kickstart their IT career. Experience with Microsoft, cloud technologies and LAN/ WAN are as essential as having excellent communication and relationship skills.
