We are seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for our client s site based in the Wherstead road area of Ipswich. The organisation manufactures and distributes products throughout the UK, Europe and the USA enjoying immense commercial success. The company remain a small robust team priding themselves on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include: -
• Respond to customer inquiries via the phone and email in a timely manner
• Uploading orders to in house database
• Provide accurate product information (full training provided)
• Processing payments
• Maintain customer records and provide delivery updates
• Follow up customers to ensure any queries or issues are resolved
• Provide general admin support to the wider team where necessary
This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join an industry leading organisation within a supportive work environment.
Ideally, applicants will have a strong customer service / administration background with good attention to detail and be numerate and literate with strong IT skills. Hours 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Paying GBP23k per annum depending on experience, the company also offers on-site parking and an annual bonus scheme.
