Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide advice and guidance to all employees on a full range of HR processes and topics.
• Manage employee relations casework such as absence management, discipline, grievance and TUPE always with sensitivity and fairness.
• Provide assistance to managers on conducting fact finding investigations, formal disciplinary and performance management matters.
• Supporting with recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention.
• Upskilling managers in effective team managing and HR processes.
• Supporting and maintaining HR information databases and document workflows.
• Manage leaver and exit processes.
• Promoting, coordinating and occasionally delivering a wide range of learning and development activity.
