Salary Grade 12 £59,061 to £62,485

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and energetic leader to help us deliver the priorities set by our residents and members, creating effective partnerships for successful outcomes across health and well-being, community safety, youth partnerships, safeguarding and equality and diversity. The perfect candidate will recognise the valuable contribution that voluntary sector and community groups bring to strong partnerships, alongside statutory services and other key stakeholders.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent partnership working and the ability to influence at a senior level to deliver outcome focused solutions that positively impact our residents. Also important is experience of sharing local knowledge and data to steer the co-development of place-based delivery plans, dependent on emerging need and gaps in service delivery.

This role also oversees the delivery of our grant funding and commissioning programmes so you will need to ensure key priorities are delivered against and will be familiar with evaluation of impact models, monitoring and reporting.
