Company Description…
Established in 2019, We Care Bespoke Ltd provides bespoke support for vulnerable children, young people, and adults throughout the Northeast of England.
Role Description…
Every person we support has their own needs and personality; your responsibilities will reflect that. You will prioritise heliping young people to engage in day-to-day activities. Here are some of the areas, you will most likely be involved in:
- Health and well-being - supporting someone to make positive choices about eating well, exercising, maintaining good hygiene and providing emotional support.
- Leisure and social activities. Whether it is taking part in a yoga class, painting or going out for a coffee, be prepared to get stuck in! Like all of us, the people we support need to do the things they enjoy. You will work closely with them to help integrate into the community and build essential life skills.
- Daily living skills. Appointments, shopping, cooking and cleaning can be challenging, so you’ll be on hand to support and encourage them.
- Safeguarding. As their Relief Support Worker, you’ll ensure their rights are upheld and they are being treated with consideration and respect.
What we would like from you...
