We are currently recruiting for Community Support Workers to expand our existing team.
The qualities we are looking for are:

In return we offer :
- £11.62 per hour (minimum), with additional pay for Bank Holidays and Christmas
- guaranteed contracted hours
- paid DBS
- 1 Week of fully paid training
- Ongoing support and monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, support with nutrition and medication
- Supporting service users to access community activities and events
- Providing emotional support to service users and families/relatives
- Completing daily records including care notes and MAR charts accurately
- Supporting service users with money management and documenting accurately
- Reporting any concerns to management
- Demonstrating openness and honesty at all times
- Promoting independence.
- To be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Supporting colleagues
