Neo Elegance is excited to present a unique opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Directors of this innovative family business, with additional responsibilities in Administration Support. This role is suitable for a well organised person looking for a part-time role or for a student.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of the companies email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organisation.
- Proactive management of the diary, organising meetings, and making travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and team members.
- Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and document handling.
- Greeting customers at door and providing tea/coffee
- Taking Payments from clients
- Effective liaison with staff, visitors, and clients, coupled with proficient handling of telephone calls and email communications
- Accurate information uploading onto client management systems
- Help with e-commerce orders that may require dispatching
- Booking and printing shipping labels
- Provide help with Marketing activities like posting on social media and updating flyer information
Key Criteria:
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of proficiency in office management systems and procedures, including MS Office and database management. Additional training will be provided on specialised software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good level of proficiency in using social media like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Previous experience not needed but good to have
- Working days will be Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-5pm, timings can be a little flexible.

Pay: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
