Interaction Recruitment are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for our client based in Derby. Our client is a leading name in the automotive industry who are now looking to add support to their growing team.
Previous Personal Assistant experience is required or experience with diary management and minute taking
The Role
• Proactively manage the diary of executives, anticipating and resolving any conflicts and prioritising where necessary.
• Arrange necessary meetings and travel according to the diary movements.
• Assisting with any administration duties regarding new project's ongoing.
• Supporting and maintaining essential paperwork for projects and assist with any editing or final proofing.
• Liaising with and receive key information from clients.
• Liaise with subcontractors on behalf of the executives when required in their absence.
• Have great attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Accurate minute taking in meetings where required.
• Having an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Be adaptable and flexible
Role Specifications
Start: ASAP
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Times: 9am-5pm
