In this global role, with a predominant focus on the UK trading element, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the compensation and benefits strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive success in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry landscape.Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your extensive knowledge of compensation practices to evaluate job positions, develop incentive plans, and manage benefits across multiple jurisdictions.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing strategic guidance on compensation and benefits matters.Conduct thorough analyses of market data and industry trends to inform decision-making and ensure our offerings remain competitive.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies and practices that align with our organisational goals and values.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably within a trading environment.In-depth understanding of UK reward strategies and regulations.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
