Complaints Administrator

£21,000 - £23,000

Leeds City Centre - Hybrid Working Pattern

My client is a UK leading corporate business with modern city centre offices. They are looking for a Complaints Administrator to join their busy team in Leeds City Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling complaints or a strong customer service background.

As a Complaints Administrator your duties will include:

  • Resolve all escalated queries and complaints
  • Update all customers on any progress on outstanding enquiries
  • Accurately update the relevant system with appropriate details
  • Perform root cause analysis once a complaint has been resolved
  • Ensure all processes are operated in a timely manner

As a Complaints Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in Complaints would be an advantage
  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office
