Your new role
This new role is based in the customer service team focusing on handling complaints. You will be responsible for incoming complaints and managing the resolution via email or letter. You will have to investigate complex cases and write case files to ensure the customer was treated fairly. You are empathetic and will go that extra mile to ensure our customers are treated fairly. You enjoy proactively finding solutions to problems you come across and improving processes rather than waiting on others to do this for you.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have a background in complaints handling, written letter writing is preferable. Able to work in a team environment which is based in customer service. This is a hybrid role and must be able to attend the office 2/3 days a week depending on business needs. Great attention to detail and written letter writing skills are essential for this role.
