Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Complaints Investigator to join our team in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
This includes complaints about the mortgage application process, the servicing of mortgage accounts or complaints about historic issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to gather information and evidence
- Conduct interviews with customers and staff as required
- Prepare detailed reports on complaint investigations
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in the complaints process
- Provide feedback to management on complaint handling performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a complaints handling role in the financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
