Robert Half are working with a leading FS client and are looking for a number of Complaints Handlers.
This role is remote with 1 day p/week required from the Cardiff office.
Required experience
- Previous complains handling experience
- Ideally experience of working within financial services industry
- Good communication and organisation skills
Accountability's
- Deliver processes and systems to ensure that complaints are fully investigated and reach a good and compliant outcome in accordance with regulation.
- Communicate with customers clearly and in a timely manner to enable them to access the complaints process easily.
- Maintain a robust audit trail of the complaint investigation, justification for the decision.
