Job Purpose:
To support the Compliance Manager in reviewing, measuring, and auditing performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Healthcare across the services while ensuring operational performance targets are safely met and exceeded
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily service performance review analyses to ensure contractual performance parameters are achieved in accoradce with relevant service level specifications
- Assist in resolving CAFM system issues
- Conduct ad-hoc internal audits to ensure operations compliance
- Attend audits in relation to operational Service Level Specifications
- Support the Compliance Manager in the evaluation and reporting of performance
- Support the Compliance Manager with any other duties as may reasonably requested within the post
- Focus and advise on alternative methods to drive service efficiency across the services
Person Specification
- Personable with good communication skills

- Strong knowledge of the use on spreadsheets
- Strong organisational skills
