Compliance Administration role - part time
Our established reputation for providing the quality of service synonymous with the NAG brand sees us embarking on the journey to find a part time Compliance Administrator to join our team, based in our Discovery Office in Sandwich.
Ideally, working daily, 25-30 hours a week - flexibility for the right person, hourly rate will be competitive dependent on experience, holiday, parking, pension, medicash scheme.
- carrying out internal audits during and after the candidate registration process
- maintaining the company's quality management system and document control process
- facilitating DBS applications, maintaining records in-line with policy and ensuring the business is up-to-date with current DBS requirements and communicating to the teams
- pre-employment checks, right to work tracking for time limited candidates
- daily use of the company's CRM, updating and managing compliance records, reviewing and tracking documentation
- working with the Director supporting on adhoc admin projects
Full training will be given in all areas but the successful application will have demonstrable administrative skills from within either a quality, compliance or audit-based role or from within a customer focused environment where they have carried out complex and varied admin tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
