ROLE DESCRIPTION
Role Title: Compliance Administrator
Team: Parking Charge Notices (Compliance)
Reports to: Compliance Team Leader
Environment: Office Based, 5 days per week, Open Plan Office
PURPOSE
- To provide efficient, effective, and consistent general administrative support within the Compliance Team and support other departments within the company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Resolving helpdesk queries related to the Compliance department.
- Support the department with the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) process by carrying out data entry and administration tasks to a high degree of accuracy.
- Reading, investigating, and responding to Parking Charge Notice (PCN) Appeals and POPLA Appeals.
- Support the managing of Internal & external mail inboxes when required.
- Support the Account Management team with queries from existing clients.
- Interpreting arising issues, using problem solving skills to identify anomalies and implementing actions in accordance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Assisting with reviewing and processing daily payments/refunds; including unassigned payments, bounced payment and cheques.
- Issuing new PCNs with information received by the DVLA and actioning the transfer of liability requests received from hire companies.
- Processing DVLA VQ7 s and audits
- Opening daily post, accurately logging, and distributing to relevant departments.
- Photocopy / scan relevant documents
- Franking outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with other teams workloads when requested
- Any other reasonable, ad-hoc tasks requested by Team Leader.

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE Level - English & Mathematics

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Time management, organisation, prioritisation, and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Basic understanding of the British Parking Association Code of Practice and associated guidelines
