Our prestigious, leading healthcare solutions provider in the UK are looking to appoint a Clinical Governance/Compliance Administrator to join their valued team of specialists and contribute to the quality of healthcare services.
You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the clinical governance framework for our clinical teams deployed in hospitals. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, management, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Monitor and report on compliance with relevant healthcare standards.
Work closely with clinical teams to collect, analyse, and report on data related to patient outcomes and care quality.
Identify areas for improvement where needed.
Participate in clinical audits and assessments to evaluate service quality.
Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of clinical risks.
Contribute to the development of risk management strategies and protocols.
Report and manage incidents and adverse events.
Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams, hospital staff, and external partners.
Collaborate with clinical leads and managers to coordinate training and education programs for staff.
Attend and actively participate in meetings related to clinical governance.
Manage databases and systems for tracking clinical performance & compliance.
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in healthcare administration or clinical governance/compliance is advantageous.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management.
Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
