Our client is a well-respected education recruitment consultancy based just west of Birmingham city centre. A recruitment Compliance Administrator is now sought to join the team supporting busy recruitment consultants, dealing with compliance matters for supply teachers and other education professionals working in schools across the Midlands. You will also help out with general admin across the business. This position is an integral part of the business, with the compliance team playing a key and valued role in the success of company.
The ideal candidate will have experience of recruitment/employment-related candidate compliance including processing and chasing up professional certifications, DBS checks, Right To Work documentation, employer references etc.
