Adecco are looking for for an attentive and professional compliance administrator to join a busy team. The main purpose of the compliance administrator's role is to maintain all parts of the compliance monitoring system and to ensure asset certification is up to date and accurate. The successful candidate will be responsible monitoring mailboxes for incoming information and ensuring all compliance and certificate documentation is thoroughly checked and correctly loaded onto the system once it is received. Other tasks will involve-
- Supporting the Customer Service Centre Advisors in taking calls when required and time allows
- Liaising with suppliers and chasing replacements for unsuitable documentation and requesting supporting documentation where required
- Reviewing existing uploaded documents on the system to ensure correctness of information and confirmed closure of remedial actions.
Applicants will need to possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email. You will need to be a self motivated individual and be able to prioritise your own workload.
This is a temporary ongoing role, working full time hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Rate of pay from £10.57PH. Immediate start required.
