The successful Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the 4 compliance officers within their team are working in line with frameworks and the Gold Standard’s set by the REC.
The ideal Compliance Manager will have experience with medical framework compliance and audits. Although you will be overseeing both the medical and education compliance, you will only be required to clear education compliance packs.
Your first job will be to fully immerse yourself in the company and learn how the business operates. Then, you will be given free rein to get things in order and create a strong compliance team. You will be able to set your own workflow and meetings with your team in order to to make sure things are being done in the highest quality and the most efficient ways.
