The Job
- To conduct and document competency assessments for employees.
- Conduct and document in process audits within the workshop/production areas.
- Maintain a sound understanding of UK CAA / EASA regulatory requirements
- Attend internal/external training courses as required
- Maintain Scrap, NCR and RCR records as required
- Maintain quality documents and audit reports
- Update procedures/work instruction relating to the above
- Maintain stamp holder database in conjunction with training and competency
- assessments
- Assist with CAA/Customer Audits as required
- Complete customer questionnaires as necessary
- Maintain QMS/SMS procedures, processes, and communications
- Support the QM in continuous improvement activities
About You
- Knowledge of QMS/SMS
- Competence in the use of MS Office products
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise closely with other departments.
