Compliance Officer, Asset Management

Prestigious global investment house seeks a Compliance Officer for its growing international Asset Management division. Supporting the group's Head of Compliance for Asset Management, this is a generalist role requiring the incumbent to monitor the regulatory environment to keep abreast of future developments and its impact on the business, assist in updating of compliance policies and procedures, review of all marketing material and presentations and update Senior Manager registrations. Furthermore, you will also assist with the preparation of compliance reports for fund-level board meetings, attend investment committee meetings and work closely with the Legal and Risk teams. Candidates are sought with at least four years generalist compliance experience gained predominantly in an Asset Management setting, ideally with working knowledge of AIFMD, although traditional assets classes are also very welcome.
