What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Repairs and Voids Team!
There are many tenants, leaseholders and residents in Slough who rely on the efficient running of the Repairs, Maintenance and Investment (RMI) contract. This is a privilege that we take very seriously, as we believe they deserve the highest standard in both the quality of their homes and the service they receive. This is why the work of our Repairs Maintenance and Investment Service Partner is critical in helping us achieve our objectives. Your role will be integral to the RMI Client Team, liaising closely with both our service partner and our residents, providing practical support through data management and consistent verbal and written communication.
