Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (35 Hours per Week)
Salary: £44,314 per annum plus additional incentives
Relocation Support: Up to £2,000 for qualifying candidates
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Construction Lead in Carpentry & Joinery. This role is pivotal in driving excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment within the curriculum area. The successful candidate will be instrumental in meeting strategic goals through effective annual planning and staff performance appraisals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and facilitating successful learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative curriculum and teaching practices.
• Achieve assigned individual and team targets.
• Enhance progression routes and career opportunities for learners.

What do you need?

• Full recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE).
• Degree or equivalent relevant professional qualifications and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Carpentry & Joinery or related disciplines.
• Possessor of an Assessors award.
