Sales Development Representative (specialist services for Construction/Built Environment)- Liverpool, UK (with option of hybrid/homeworking 2 days per week)
A new vacancy for a Sales Development Representative with leading UK provider of professional services to product manufacturers & suppliers in BUILT ENVIRONMENT/CONSTRUCTION markets. The role will be based at the company's offices in Liverpool City Centre, with the option of hybrid/homeworking up to 2 days per week.
The purpose of the Sales Development Representative role will be to proactively generate and qualify leads for the sales team. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial part in the sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
The primary objectives include expanding the customer base, increasing sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization. Key responsibilities will involve conducting outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling and email outreach, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems. The Sales Development Representative will act as the initial point of contact, paving the way for the sales team to convert leads into customers. Success in this role will be measured by meeting and exceeding Lead Generation quotas, providing valuable insights to improve sales strategies, and effectively contributing to the achievement of organizational sales targets.
Candidate requirements:
Outbound Sales experience, cold calling, and nurturing prospects
Professional telephone manner
Experience in using CRM system
Strong communication skills
IT, including Word and email.
