Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
A leading engineering company is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts by providing technical expertise and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage the pre and post-order process, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical sales support to the field team, customers, and specifiers, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
- Analyze customer drawings to determine the appropriate products and quantities, preparing accurate technical quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office systems, CRM systems, and AutoCAD/CAD to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments to better serve customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office systems, CRM systems, and AutoCAD/CAD is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
