The Role:
Provide Technical Sales Support to Field Service Team, Customers and Specifiers to ensure correct selections and application of products.
Receive and analyse customer drawings to establish correct product and quantities and to make technical quotations using this information
Order Handling and CRM Management
Provide support service to all customers contacting via phone or e-mail
Provide regular forecast to Logistics
Deal with product QA issues and claims
You:
Degree educated in Engineering
Knowledge of valves and controls would be an advantage
Familiarity with AutoCAD inventor or similar
I.T Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft office systems
