My client has a new opportunity available to join their small successful company, this role would suit someone who enjoys variety as this company requires their new recruit to get involved in a variety of tasks and projects.
Duties
- Being the first port of call on phone for all company enquiries
- Complete general administrative duties such filing, completing new supplier forms/client PQQs
- Project support
- Booking for required accommodation/vehicle hire/training
- Maintaining the office & its equipment, and the fleet of vans
- Assisting with health & safety in the office and our project sites, including implementing
- policies/strategies, producing RAMS, increasing awareness of its importance.
- Project admin, such as site inductions
- Accounts admin, such as processing invoices for our purchase ledger (Sage 50 Cloud
- Accounts), reviewing statements, dealing with disputes and compiling payments for director to
- process
- Collating subcontractor information and producing CIS statements
- Inducting new employees and ensuring their correct documentation is filed
- Any ad hoc duties to support directors and project managers
Requirements
- Sage 50
- CIS experience
- Previously worked for a construction company - preferred but not essential
- Competent in Microsoft packages including excel
The role
The role will offer a competitive salary, Monday to Friday 8am until 5.30pm, 20 days holiday plus bank holiday and a statutory pension. There is also a level of flexibility as they are a small company
