An excellent opportunity for a Construction Secretary to join a national construction company for a period of 12 months. This is a full time position working 9-5.
The Role
You will be supporting with a range of administrative duties that support HR, H&S and site activities. This includes HR support around new starter contracts, ordering uniforms, setting up accounts and passwords, maintaining holiday request records for sites and adding into a planner, arranging essential training courses and maintaining a training matrix (spreadsheet), sending calendar invites, emails, filing, some H&S administrative tasks, and occasional reception cover.
Experience Required
Previous administrative experience, familiar with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Remuneration
£22,000 to £24,000 per annum.
