The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of construction law, including contract negotiation, risk management, dispute resolution, and advisory work.
· Advise clients on the full lifecycle of construction projects, from inception through to completion.
· Represent both national and international clients across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate.
· Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to provide integrated services to clients.
· Contribute to business development activities to enhance the firm's market presence.
Candidate Profile:
· A UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE specializing in construction law.
· Experience in handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
· Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· A strong academic record, coupled with robust commercial acumen.
· The ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team and to foster relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
