Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Consumer Engagement & Ecomm Marketing Director is a member of the marketing staff team, has the main objective for leading the martech capabilities (JOY, CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), define the data marketing strategy and execution and be responsible for all the E-comm brand strategy for both business units (Salty and GQS) while executing and innovating all our BU big bets in the digital ecosystem.

Your Impact

As Consumer Engagement & Ecomm MarketingSr. Director your scope would consist of:

  • Ecommerce Marketing Team
    • Responsible of the E comm Marketing Strategy for both Business Units (Savoury and Biscuits).
    • Owns the E-comm execution programs.
    • Defines channel assortment strategy.
    • Contributes to E-comm Vision and implementation.
    • Defines key retail marketing negotiations (WM connect, Rappi, Uber, Cornershop, Amazon, etc).
    • Drives Promotional Portfolio and Price Point Strategies.
    • Defines new direct to consumer strategy and execution (Subscription model, multipacks, retail media).
    • Collaborates on sales teams to define key BU priorities and vision.
    • Prioritize team key opportunities with each player (e-groceries, pure players, or last millers).
    • Continuously support brand teams with e-comm retail reports.
    • Responsible for performance marketing agenda In house execution.
    • Defines new operational model strategy with supply chain team.
    • Lead the DTC PMF of the future strategy.
    • Ensure communication towards digital initiatives owners to optimize efforts and resources.
    • Approves and defines E-comm Budget investments.
  • Martech Team
    • Responsible to define the Martech strategy for PMF.
    • Leads the digital transformation agenda.
    • Leads the agile methodology agenda.
    • Owns the usage and execution for the Martech approved technologies.
    • Owns the Martech execution programs.
    • Defines tech marketing pipeline for PMF.
    • Executes Martech developments with agile methodology framework.
    • JOY´s main Definition of the whole ecosystem strategy (Whatsapp, .com, app).
    • Responsible for the new PEP Commerce Technology (First Loyalty Program Software Platform).
    • Collaborates with global team to define the new loyalty global vision.
    • Responsible for the strategy and usage of key Martech technologies (SFMC, Apps Flyer, Whatsapp).
    • Responsible for key Martech negotiations (Apps Flyer, Salesforce marketing Cloud, etc).
  • Data Marketing Team
    • Responsible for the Data Marketing StrategY.
    • Owns the data governance.
    • Defines data usage and use cases for marketing.
    • Contributes to accelerate PMF data activation.
    • Defines key Martech technologies to explode data usage (Consumer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing cloud, apps flyer).
    • Drives first party data acquisition strategies.
    • Defines with regional and global team the use cases and strategy to become a more data driven company.
Qualifications

    • At least 10 years of experience in brand management, massive consumer goods or related.
    • Al least 2 years of experience with data roles.

  • Educational
    • Professional / bachelor’s in marketing, Business or related.
    • English and Spanish fluent professional.
    • Experience in working on an Agile Methodology is a plus.
