Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their company based on the outskirts of York.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working four days over seven, on rotation.
The role is office based, working day shifts between Monday to Friday 8.00 - 18.00, with some weekend shifts available.

You will:
- Be highly confident and comfortable working with multiple contact types in a Contact Centre.
- Have the skills and ability to offer excellent customer service and always demonstrate a professional attitude.
- Always look to maximise sales opportunities by upgrading customers to our plans and reunification services.
Requirements:
- Previous Contact Centre experience desirable.
- Experience with Zendesk and CX Engage Contact Centre solution an asset.
- Transferable customer service skills from either a Contact Centre, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Be highly driven to succeed, achieve targets and KPIs.
- Must be based in (or can easily travel to) York area.
