We're looking for an individual passionate about digital marketing, with a special focus on video content creation and social media management. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling content, with a strong emphasis on video content, including social media posts, videos, infographics, blog articles, and website updates.
Social Media Management: Drive the growth of our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, schedule, and publish content; actively engage with our community. Monitor analytics to optimise performance and enhance our social media strategy.
Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing targeted email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and announcements. Ensure alignment with our brand identity and goals.
Blogging: Write informative and engaging blog posts highlighting our organisation's activities, values, and stories.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand unique messaging and goals.
Tailor content plans to support overall marketing objectives.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyse content and campaign performance. Utilise data insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a focus on video.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
