Medequip Connect provide services to over 41,000 people nationwide with the objective of providing reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home.
We help people to maintain people’s independence by providing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and a range of associated equipment that gives them the confidence of knowing that assistance is available at any time, 24 hours a day.

About the Role
Supporting the Corporate Marketing Strategy:
- Create and manage a pipeline of engaging written content, analysing industry trends and key topics, in support of Medequip Connect’s Thought Leadership Programme.
- Creation of Press Releases and Market Updates, announcing new contracts and service updates.
- Responsible for creating insight reports, providing information on customers, target clients, competitors, suppliers and market trends.
- Planning and scheduling of social media content.
- Events administration duties including planning, budgeting, supplier and venue liaison. and drafting communications and promotions.
- Supporting area managers by identifying and arranging local outreach opportunities.
- Liaise closely with Medequip Connect management functions, subject matter experts and central Marketing resource.
Supporting the Tender Strategy:
- Administrative duties in support of tenders, including the creation of templates and setting review meetings.
- Completion of Pre-Qualification and Selection Questionnaires.
- Collation of supporting materials, including case studies and appendices.
- Management and continuous improvement of the Medequip Connect content library.
- Local research to support the creation of bespoke tender submissions, including identification of Social and Voluntary Action initiatives.
- Support the Bid Team by providing written work, proof reading, and creation of presentations and other materials as and when required.
